Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the item in good order, accompanied by the original RCH Shop Online order confirmation or or PayPal confirmation number or the RCH invoice.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless they are due to our error.
